Let us intoduce ourselves
We both originate from an Estate Agency background, we both have a passion for property and we both really love what we do.
Prior to founding WhereHouse? Rachel was an Associate Director/Branch Manager at Dacre, Son and Hartley Estate Agents in Skipton and had been responsible for residential sales and rentals for fourteen years. She is extremely experienced in all property matters and dealing with people on all levels. Liz’s more practical experience compliments Rachel’s “front line” professional experience perfectly. With her keen interest in property Liz has successfully completed two property renovations and one self build. This is further enhanced by her also working at Dacre, Son and Hartley for a number of years with Rachel.
We do feel that our vast amount of professional experience is of the highest value. We have handled around 2,000 property transactions in Yorkshire and have therefore dealt with just about every problem, situation and circumstance. Buying a property is probably the biggest investment you will ever make… knowledge and expertise are essential.
WhereHouse? was set up mainly to solve the many problems that we feel tenants/buyers have when moving to a new area – and struggling with an increasingly difficult industry. Since starting WhereHouse? we have both been amazed at the diversity of our clients, their requirements and the many different parts of the world that they have come from…..ultimately this makes our work really interesting, challenging and fulfilling. We both feel very fortunate to be working in such a beautiful part of England and being able to use our great range of experience, contacts and wealth of local knowledge to their full potential.
