On your behalf, we will buy and rent everything from cottages to conversions and country homes, apartments to town houses and investment properties to holiday homes.

The first step is for us to identify your requirements and these will be discussed in great detail with Rachel or Liz, enabling us to search for and assess properties with your needs and preferences clearly in mind. Using our experience, local knowledge and contacts we gather all the necessary information and select those properties that we feel may be suitable for you. We then view these properties on your behalf and report to you on both the advantages and disadvantages of each property, its potential, surroundings and, more importantly, what the estate agents brochure doesn’t say.

We will encourage you to come and view suitable properties with us promptly if possible, arrange over night accommodation if necessary, collect you from your hotel or guest house and also give you a tour of the area. In addition, provide you with information regarding education if appropriate, transport, and any other issues that are relevant to you personally. When we have found you the right property we skilfully negotiate the best terms and conditions to suit you and, once a deal has been agreed, we continue to assist you. This can include liaising with other professionals including solicitors, estate agents, builders and damp proofing companies along with recommending reputable local tradesmen. All this is part of our service.

Whilst we cannot perform miracles or make any guarantees, throughout your time with us we aim to give you the very best help and advice and will pull out all the stops to assist you in whatever way we can to make your house hunting, acquisition and moving experience less time consuming, problematic and generally much more enjoyable.

When it’s time to put your life back together again we can advise you where to go walking or hiking, relax, play golf or tennis. Recommend restaurants, theatres, cinemas and of course reveal the best shopping areas!
